You can track all of your orders from your account. If you go <a href="https://www.roselandfurniture.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">My Account</a> you can see all of your orders and find all the tracking details within the order detailsYou will also be notified by email when your order is dispatched. If your order states the delivery as &quot;Specialist Delivery Service, or Large Item Delivery&quot; then SGK are delivering your item, and you will have already agreed a delivery slot. If your delivery states &quot;Small Item Delivery&quot; it is being delivered by DPD or DX, you will receive a timeslot the morning of your delivery, and you will be able to track via the link in your account.

To track your order, select Track Order in our Help Centre and follow the instructions. The level of tracking you'll receive depends on which carrier your order is being delivered by.
